Costa Rican coffees excel in their flavor with delightful acidity. The rich volcanic soil and excellent weather conditions produce exceptionally high quality SHB (strictly hard bean). The coffees are processed using the wet mill process and naturally fermented. We roast this coop-produced coffee to a darker full city roast producing a strong roast with full flavor and body.
